For new students. 60-minute individual class plus 20 minutes for Consultation. Class crafted specifically for you and your unique needs and goals. Your lesson may include supplemental video, audio, and functional anatomy guidance, as well as "lab" experimentation with activities from your work and play.

“In The Heights” (Package 1)

Immersive experience. Developed as a 3-month course of lessons crafted specifically for you and your unique needs and goals. Eleven 45-minute lessons for the price of 10. Cadence of 1 or 2 lessons per week is standard. Course includes: opportunities for office hour consultations, supplemental video, audio, and anatomy guidance, as well as "lab" experimentation with activities from your work and play.
